Spring to Life!

Yes,it is finally spring! I thought I would share with you a challenge for this spring and summer from what I read in my personal devotions recently:
   "So many people walk through their entire life as though they are asleep.They miss the wonder and glory of the world around them,and they are not even aware that they are missing anything at all.The peson who sleeps all the time misses so much.The same is true for the person who closes his eyes to the beauty of God's world.  God made His creation,and He saw that it was good.He gave dominion over the earth to men and women to share with them how good it is.Our lives are the creation of God,and they,too,are good.It is important that we embrace the goodness of our lives and thank God daily for what we have been given.It is no good to sleep throughout the bulk of our lives.We should wake up.Wake up to the creation that God has given us.It is good,and it is right in front of us to enjoy and take hold of.It was out of God's love for us that our world was given,and it should be from love that we return thanks to Him."*
This spring,ask God to wake you up.When you become fully awake to His beauty and grace,you will never
 want to go back to sleep!
 24This is the day which the LORD hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it.
(Psalm 118:24)
11For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
 12The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle(dove) is heard in our land;
(Song of Solomon 2:11,12)
